// The Manifesto
My whole philosophy,
written down.
Fifteen years of training naturally, through a busy life and five countries, compiled into one book. Not a routine, the thinking underneath it: how to train for what your body can do, how to eat without counting anything, how to build it once and keep it for life. Read it, and you'll think like me and train like me, without ever needing me to hand you a plan.
I'm not a fitness guru, and that's the point. Most fitness advice comes from people who do this for a living, take things you shouldn't, and are obsessed in a way you're never going to be. I'm an engineer who wanted to be strong and healthy without it running my life, and after fifteen years of trial and error I worked it out.
Everyone is trying to look strong. Almost nobody trains to actually be strong. Chase the look on its own and you get a fragile body that photographs well for one summer and falls apart the moment life gets heavy. Chase capability, and the look shows up anyway, as a byproduct.
Enough people have asked me how that I decided to write it down properly instead of repeating myself in the DMs. This is that. Get it, and you'll never need me, or anyone, to hand you a plan again.

The first chapter is ready.
I'm writing this by hand, not with AI, and I want it to be genuinely good, so it's taking time. If you want to read the first chapter, leave your email and I'll send it over, plus every one after it the moment it's done.
The first chapter goes out the moment you sign up.
When it's finished, it'll be a proper book you can buy. Until then, the chapters are free while I write them.
